Saudi Pak Leasing Company Calls on Shareholders to Claim Unclaimed Dividend

Karachi, Saudi Pak Leasing Company (SPLC) has issued a request to its shareholders to file claims for unclaimed dividends. The company's records show an accumulated amount of PKR 1.6 million, dating back to the years from 1996 to 2007, that remains uncollected.

In light of this, all shareholders of Saudi Pak Leasing Company who have not received their dividends for the aforementioned years are urged to promptly lodge their claims. To facilitate the process, shareholders are required to visit the company's registered office, presenting their original shareholding certificates in their name, and submitting a copy of these certificates along with a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card) for the years spanning from 1996 to 2007.

This claim filing window will remain open for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of publication of this advertisement. Shareholders who fail to claim their dividends during this time will see the unclaimed amount deposited into the relevant Government account with the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) under section 244 of the Companies Act 2017.
