Karachi: The 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Saudi Pak Leasing Company Limited is set to convene on October 11, 2024, at its Karachi office, aiming to discuss several critical business matters from the past fiscal year.

The agenda includes the confirmation of the minutes from the Extraordinary General Meeting held on April 24, 2024, in Islamabad. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), attendees will also review, consider, and adopt the audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024. These accounts have been approved by the Board of Directors alongside the Directors' and Auditors' reports.

Furthermore, the meeting will see the appointment of M/s. UHY Hassan Naeem and Co, a member of UHY International, as the external auditors for the fiscal year 2024-2025. Their remuneration will also be set following the Board’s recommendations. Any additional business may be addressed with the permission of the Chair during the meeting.
