Karachi: The Searle Company Limited has scheduled its 59th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for October 28, 2024. The meeting will take place at Karachi, with members given the option to join through video conferencing.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the notice for the AGM will be published in both English and Urdu newspapers on October 19, 2024. The company plans to dispatch the meeting notice to its members accordingly.
