Karachi: The Searle Company Limited has announced that Ms. Faiza Naeem, who served as a Non-Executive Director, has resigned from her position effective May 20, 2025. In addition to her role as a director, she was a member of the Human Resource & Remuneration Committee.

The company has stated that the vacancy resulting from her resignation will be filled in due course, following the guidelines set forth in Section 155 (3) of the Companies Act, 2017. The announcement was made to inform the TRE Certificate holders of the Exchange.
