Karachi: The Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has officially approved the Trust Deed registration for the 786 Islamic Money Market Fund. The authorization aligns with the requirements of section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations.
The approval from SECP was communicated through letter no: SCD/AMCW/7861MMF/2023/179, dated November 3, 2023, marking a significant development for the financial instrument tailored for Islamic finance.
