Karachi: Itanz Technologies Limited has been granted a 30-day extension by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) to convene its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ending June 30, 2025. The extension allows the company until November 27, 2025, to hold the meeting and present its annual audited financial statements.
The approval was formalized through an official letter, No. SMD/PRDD/Comp/(56)/2021/80, issued on October 21, 2025. Itanz Technologies had initially applied for this extension on September 26, 2025, under sections 132 and 223 of the Companies Act, 2017. The SECP’s decision provides the company with additional time to prepare for the AGM, where shareholders will review the financial statements.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), all relevant parties, including TREC holders, are to be informed about this extension. The extension is granted in compliance with the regulatory framework, ensuring that Itanz Technologies adheres to the legal provisions set forth in the Companies Act.
