Secure Logistics Group Limited Announces April AGM with Key Financial Deliberations

Islamabad: The Secure Logistics Group Limited (SLGL) has officially announced its Annual General Meeting (AGM) set to convene on April 20, 2026, at 3:30 PM. The meeting will be held at the Islamabad Stock Exchange Tower and will also offer participation via video-link through Zoom for shareholders unable to attend in person. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this meeting will serve as a significant event for shareholders to engage in crucial financial discussions and decision-making processes.

The AGM will address several points of business, starting with the confirmation of the minutes from the previous AGM held on April 30, 2025. Shareholders will also review and consider the company’s Annual Audited Accounts for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, along with the associated Directors’ and Auditors’ reports. One of the key items on the agenda is the appointment of M/s RSM Avais Hyder Liaquat Nauman Chartered Accountants as the statutory auditors for the upcoming financial year ending December 31, 2026, including the determination of their remuneration.

In preparation for the meeting, the company has announced the closure of its register of members and share transfer books from April 14 to April 20, 2026. Transfers submitted by close of business on April 13, 2026, will be considered timely for participation in the meeting and for any entitlements.

Shareholders wishing to attend through the video-link can access the meeting using the provided Zoom credentials. Furthermore, the company clarified that shareholders are entitled to appoint proxies, who must be members, to attend and vote on their behalf, with the necessary documentation to be submitted at least 48 working hours before the meeting.

The company has also reminded shareholders to submit valid CNICs to avoid withholding of dividends and encouraged those with unclaimed dividends to contact the company. Additionally, in compliance with the Companies Act 2017, SLGL is transitioning physical shares to a book-entry form, urging shareholders to open CDC sub-accounts.

No gifts will be distributed at the AGM, as per Security and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) regulations. Financial statements are available on SLGL’s website in accordance with SECP directives.
