Karachi: Security Papers Limited has announced the provision of a shuttle service for its shareholders to facilitate attendance at the 8th Reconvened Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) scheduled for Thursday, March 27, 2025.

The shuttle, identified as Coaster Service Registration JG-0700, will depart at 8:00 AM from the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX) and transport shareholders to the Security Papers Limited (SPL) Factory located at Jinnah Avenue, Malir Halt, Karachi. The service aims to ensure that shareholders can attend the meeting conveniently and will return them to the PSX following the conclusion of the EOGM.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this initiative is designed to enhance shareholder engagement by providing direct transportation to the meeting venue. The service underscores the company’s commitment to facilitating shareholder participation in key company events.

Shareholders and TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange have been informed of this arrangement to further ensure comprehensive participation.
