Karachi: Service GlobalFootwear Limited has announced several share transactions executed by its executive members, in compliance with Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. The transactions, disclosed in a regulatory filing, involve company shares acquired through the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS) by key executives on July 23, 2025.

According to the disclosure, Mr. Hassan Ehsan Cheema, the Executive Director, executed two significant transactions. The first involved the acquisition of 15,000 shares at a rate of 30.00 per share, increasing his cumulative holdings to 427,501 shares, constituting 0.21% of the company's total shares. The second transaction involved 36,750 shares at a rate of 36.00 per share, further elevating his cumulative share count to 464,251, or 0.22% of total shares.

Mr. Qadeer Ahmed Vaseer, also an Executive Director, acquired 13,250 shares at the rate of 30.00 each, bringing his total holdings to 325,751 shares, equivalent to 0.16% of the company's shares.

Additionally, Mr. Usman Liaqat, an Executive, acquired 10,600 shares at the rate of 30.00 per share, totaling 75,262 shares, or 0.04% of the company's shares. A subsequent acquisition of 21,359 shares at a rate of 36.00 increased his total to 96,621 shares, representing 0.05% of the company’s holdings.
