Karachi: Shabbir Tiles and Ceramics announced the reappointment of A. F. Ferguson and Co., Chartered Accountants, as auditors for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The decision was ratified during the company's Annual General Meeting on October 24, 2024, in Karachi. The auditors will receive a total remuneration of Rs. 3.13 million.

The remuneration package for A. F. Ferguson and Co. includes Rs. 2.25 million for auditing standalone financial statements, Rs. 625,000 for the half-yearly review, and Rs. 250,000 for compliance with corporate governance regulations.
