Lahore: Shadab Textile Mills Limited has announced that its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. The meeting is set to take place at the company's registered office in City Towers, Gulberg-II, Lahore, and will also be accessible to shareholders via video link.

The primary agenda for the AGM includes the adoption of the Audited Accounts for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, alongside the Directors' and Auditors' Reports.
