Karachi: Shahmurad Sugar Mills Limited has announced the election of its new board of directors following an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on March 25, 2025. The meeting, which commenced at 11:30 a.m., resulted in the selection of seven directors who will serve a term of three years.



The newly elected directors include Mr. Noor Muhammad Zakaria, Mr. Zia Zakaria, Mrs. Sanober Hamid Zakaria, Mr. Zainuddin, Mr. Asad Ahmed Mohiuddin, Mr. Rumi Moiz, and Mr. Sheikh Asim Rafiq. The shareholders of Shahmurad Sugar Mills Limited gathered to vote on the candidates, ensuring the company’s strategic direction is guided by experienced leadership.
