Karachi, Shahtaj Sugar Mills Limited has officially declared a "Closed Period" in compliance with Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations. The period will be in effect from July 20, 2023, to July 26, 2023.

During this closed period, no Director, CEO, or Executive of the company will be allowed to engage in any direct or indirect dealings involving the shares of the company.
