Lahore: Shahzad Textile Mills Limited announced significant changes to its Board of Directors during an emergent meeting held at its Registered Office on June 5, 2026. The meeting addressed the vacancies arising from the unfortunate demise of its former Chairman, Mian Parvez Aslam.

The Board unanimously appointed Ms. Sadaf Parvez to assume the role of Director, filling the vacancy left by Mr. Aslam. Her appointment is effective immediately and will extend for the remainder of the term. In a concurrent decision, Mr. Irfan Aslam has been elected as the new Chairman of the Board, succeeding his late predecessor.

Additionally, Ms. Sadaf Parvez has been inducted into the Board’s Audit Committee, replacing Mian Parvez Aslam. The reconstituted structure of both the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee will be formally communicated in due course.
