Karachi, In an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EOGM) held on Monday, July 10, 2023, shareholders of Ghani Global Glass Limited unanimously passed a resolution regarding the transmission of annual accounts through QR codes.

The resolution, titled "Regarding transmission of Annual Accounts through QR Code," received the approval of all members present. It grants authorization to Ghani Global Glass Limited to circulate and transmit all Annual Audited Financial Statements and Annual Reports to the company's members using QR-enabled codes, web-links, and other modes as permitted or to be permitted by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
