Karachi, Shell Pakistan Limited has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors will take place on August 16, 2023, in Karachi. The purpose of the meeting is to consider the Half Yearly Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2023, and to discuss the declaration of any entitlement or other corporate action as deemed fit by the Board.

In compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations, the company has declared a "Closed Period" from August 8, 2023, to August 17, 2023 (both days inclusive). During this time, no Director, CEO, or Executive will be allowed to engage in any dealings involving shares of the company, directly or indirectly. The closed period is implemented to ensure fairness and transparency in the trading of the company's shares ahead of the significant board meeting.
