Karachi: Shield Corporation has announced that its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of shareholders will be held on October 28, 2024, at its Karachi office, with an option for virtual attendance through a video link. The meeting will cover essential items of business, including the confirmation of minutes from the previous AGM, the adoption of financial statements, and the appointment of auditors.

Shareholders will be asked to confirm the minutes of the last AGM, which took place on October 19, 2023. The meeting will then proceed to consider and adopt the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, along with the auditors' report and directors' report on the Company’s performance during the period.

Additionally, shareholders will vote on the appointment of auditors for the year ending June 30, 2025, and approve their remuneration.
