Karachi: Shield Corporation Ltd. has announced a voluntary delisting from the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited (PSX). The company, which recently concluded its initial buy-back period on July 16, 2026, is providing remaining minority shareholders an extended opportunity to sell their shares.

The announcement, made on July 21, 2026, outlines that sponsors and majority shareholders have committed to purchasing the remaining shares at a rate of PKR 750 per share. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this buy-back arrangement has been sanctioned for extension until July 16, 2027, enabling shareholders who missed the initial deadline to engage in the offer.

Arif Habib Limited, located at 2nd Floor, Arif Habib Centre, 23rd M.T. Khan Road, Karachi, has been appointed as the authorized Purchase Agent for this transaction. Shareholders wishing to proceed with the sale of their shares are advised to contact this agent. For physical shareholders, it is mandatory to convert their shares into book-entry form via CDC Register Services Limited, before transferring them to the designated account under PHARMEVO PRIVATE LIMITED.
