According to details available from the company's disclosure, Mr. Mohsin Qazi, a member of the senior management team, sold shares in two separate transactions. On May 12, 2025, Mr. Qazi sold 1,500 shares at a rate of 435.21 per share, resulting in a cumulative holding of 5,618 shares, representing 0.01% of the company. The following day, May 13, 2025, he sold an additional 1,000 shares at a rate of 454.53 per share, reducing his cumulative holdings to 4,618 shares, maintaining the same cumulative percentage.
In a separate transaction on May 13, 2025, Mr. Shaif Shafiq, also a senior management member, sold 1,000 shares at a rate of 453.00 per share. This transaction left Mr. Shafiq with a cumulative holding of 17,350 shares, equating to 0.03% of the company's total shares.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions have been duly notified to the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange. The designated market for these transactions was the ready market, and all shares were in the form of Central Depository Company (CDC) certificates.
