The company's revenue rose by 17%, bolstered by strategic cost control measures and enhanced operational efficiency, according to the Directors' Review released by the Board of Directors.

The marked improvement in financial performance was attributed to a decline in finance costs by 21%, achieved through strategic debt repayments, which contributed to the overall profitability. This growth underscores the company's focus on maintaining financial discipline and a strategic approach to operations.

Strategically, Shifa International Hospitals Limited merged its wholly owned subsidiary, Shifa Neuro Sciences Institute Islamabad (Private) Limited, effective from March 25, 2025, following the submission of the required amalgamation documents to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). This move aims to optimize operational efficiency and enhance group synergies.

The Board expressed gratitude to its consultants, senior management, employees, and partners, acknowledging their dedication and contributions to the company's sustained growth and success.
