Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. Director Sells Shares, Reduces Holding

Karachi: Shifa International Hospitals Ltd. has disclosed a recent transaction involving the sale of shares by Mohammad Salim Khan, an Independent Director of the company. According to a regulatory filing, Khan executed the sale of 1,000 shares over two consecutive days, reducing his cumulative shareholding in the company.

On May 15, 2025, Mohammad Salim Khan sold 500 shares at a rate of 449.50 per share. The transaction was completed in the ready market, resulting in a cumulative holding of 113,968 shares. The following day, May 16, 2025, Khan sold an additional 500 shares at a rate of 456.00 per share, further reducing his cumulative holding to 113,468 shares. The cumulative percentage of his shareholding now stands at 0.18%.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions are disclosed under section 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations, which mandates the disclosure of interest by directors, CEOs, executives, and substantial shareholders of listed companies, including their spouses.

The transactions have been executed through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market category. The company has informed the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange as required by regulatory guidelines.
