Specifically, Mr. Mukaty directly holds 75.81 million shares, accounting for 20.9946% of the voting rights, alongside an additional 928,278 shares (0.2571%) acquired indirectly.

Conversely, Mr. Azam Sakrani, another director at the firm, holds a significantly smaller portion of the voting power, with 30,614 shares (0.0085%), nearly unchanged from his previous holding, illustrating a stark contrast in influence between the two directors.
