The agenda for the AGM includes the confirmation of minutes from the previous meeting held on July 25, 2025, and the adoption of the company and group financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2025. The meeting will also cover the Chairman's Review, Directors' and Auditors' Reports.
