Karachi: Siemens AG Germany, a substantial shareholder in Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering Company Ltd., has executed significant transactions to increase its stake in the company, as per recent disclosures under PSX Regulation 5.6.4. The transactions, which involved the purchase of additional shares, were carried out at the end of January and the beginning of February 2025.

On January 30, 2025, Siemens AG Germany purchased 5,000 shares of Siemens (Pakistan) at a rate of 1,516.00 per share. This transaction raised the total cumulative shares held by Siemens AG to 7,627,215, representing a 92.48% stake in the company. This substantial acquisition was executed through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the Negotiated Deal Market (NDM).

Continuing its acquisition strategy, Siemens AG Germany further acquired an additional 5,000 shares on February 3, 2025, at the same rate of 1,516.00 per share. This increased their cumulative shareholding to 7,632,215, raising their ownership percentage to 92.54%.
