This acquisition increases Siemens AG-Germany's cumulative shareholding to 7,661,055 shares, representing a cumulative percentage of 92.89 in the company.
The transaction took place on the Non-Deliverable Market (NDM) and was executed in the form of Central Depository Company (CDC) share certificates.
