Siemens Pakistan Executive Increases Shareholding Without Altering Percentage

Karachi: In a transaction dated November 25, 2025, Col Salar Malik (Retd), a senior management member of Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering, acquired additional shares of the company. According to the disclosure made under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.1, the purchase involved 70 shares executed in the ready market.

The transaction was executed at a rate of 570.0320270 per share, contributing to Col Salar Malik's cumulative shareholding in the company. Despite the acquisition, the cumulative percentage of shares held by Col Malik remains unchanged at 0.00.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), when transactions of such nature are executed, they are required to be reported by the company secretary in the immediate subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors. The minutes of such meetings must be submitted using Form-30 through the PUCARS system.

Additionally, compliance with the Securities Act, 2015, mandates that any transactions executed within a holding period of less than six months must have profits deposited with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). Furthermore, during closed periods, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to engage in share dealings of the listed company.

The company is obligated to promptly update the necessary details in the UIN Management System following such transactions.
