Karachi: TPL Properties Limited has disclosed recent trading activities involving substantial shareholder TPL Corp Limited and Director Muhammad Ali Jameel, according to a filing dated December 3, 2025. The transactions fall under the purview of clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, requiring disclosure from directors, executives, and substantial shareholders.
The disclosure outlines several transactions executed on November 25 and 27, 2025. TPL Corp Limited engaged in multiple buy and sell transactions on November 27, 2025, including purchasing 1.50 million shares at Rs. 10.79 per share and selling an identical number of shares at Rs. 10.65 per share. Further transactions included buying 3.05 million shares at Rs. 10.91 per share and selling the same amount at Rs. 10.78 per share. Additionally, TPL Corp Limited bought and sold 2.56 million shares at Rs. 10.72 and Rs. 10.86 per share, respectively.
On November 25 and 26, 2025, Director Muhammad Ali Jameel sold and bought 2.50 million shares at Rs. 11.04 and Rs. 11.18 per share, respectively. He also engaged in a transaction involving 4.50 million shares, buying them at Rs. 10.72 and selling at Rs. 10.59 per share.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions contribute to the cumulative shareholding of TPL Corp Limited, which now stands at 177.38 million shares, representing 31.61% of the total shareholding. Meanwhile, Muhammad Ali Jameel’s cumulative shares amount to 37.87 million, equating to a 6.75% stake.
The company has assured that these transactions will be reviewed in an upcoming Board meeting, where any non-compliance issues will be addressed per the PSX regulations.
