Islamabad: Silkbank Limited has announced the convening of its Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) on December 26, 2024. The meeting, which marks the bank's 28th annual gathering, will be held both in person and via electronic means, providing shareholders with the option to participate through a video link.

The primary agenda for the EOGM includes the confirmation of the minutes from the previous Annual General Meeting held on December 6, 2024. In addition to this, the meeting is set to address any other business matters that may arise with the permission of the Chair.
