Karachi, Sindh Modaraba has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on April 22, 2024, in Karachi to review the quarterly accounts for the period ending March 31, 2024. The board will consider any entitlement declarations during this meeting.

The company has also instituted a closed period from April 15 to April 22, 2024, as stipulated under Clause 5.6.1(d) of the PSX Regulations. During this period, no director, CEO, or executive is permitted to trade the company’s shares in any capacity.
