This decision follows a meeting of the Board of Directors on November 7, 2025, where the audited financial statements for the year ending June 30, 2025, were approved. The AGM was publicized in both English and Urdu daily newspapers on November 12, 2025.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the postponement stems from unavoidable circumstances and emergent situations at the company's plant. The management is actively working to address these issues in the interest of its stakeholders.
