Karachi: Soneri Bank Limited has scheduled its 206th Board of Directors meeting for 23 August 2024 in Karachi, where the half-yearly un-audited accounts for the period ending 30 June 2024, reviewed by external auditors, will be discussed and approved. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the Bank has also declared a "Closed Period" from 16 August 2024 to 23 August 2024, during which no Director, CEO, or Executive is permitted to deal directly or indirectly in the Bank's shares.

This closed period, mandated under Clause 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, is designed to prevent any insider trading or conflicts of interest during this sensitive financial review period.
