Karachi: Soneri Bank Limited has announced the suspension of trading for its Term Finance Certificate (TFC) [SNBLTFC3] in light of upcoming book closure dates. The suspension will take effect from November 20, 2025, and extend until December 05, 2025. Trading activities are scheduled to resume on December 08, 2025. This move is part of the bank’s preparation for the 14th profit payment related to the TFC.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the book closure period will run from November 21, 2025, to December 05, 2025. This time frame is allocated for completing necessary administrative tasks associated with the profit payout process.
