The transaction, involving a notable number of shares, was carried out on December 23, 2025, highlighting the active involvement of key stakeholders in the company.
Syeda Henna Babar Ali, categorized as a substantial shareholder, executed the transaction involving 50,000 shares of IGI Holdings Limited. The shares were traded in the ready market at a rate of 250.00 each, contributing to a cumulative shareholding of 1,650,621 shares, which represents a cumulative percentage of 11.57. The transaction was processed through the Central Depository Company (CDC), a common practice for such dealings.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this transaction constitutes a very large or significant move given the substantial volume of shares involved. The PSX regulations mandate that such transactions by directors, executives, or substantial shareholders and their immediate family members be promptly reported and presented to the company’s Board of Directors.
