Karachi: The substantial shareholder of TPL Properties Limited, TPL Corp Limited, executed a transaction involving the sale of 1,650,200 shares on October 14, 2025. The shares were sold at a rate of Rs. 11.88 each through the Central Depository System (CDS) under the ready market category.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this transaction contributes to TPL Corp Limited’s cumulative shareholding of 190.68 million shares, representing 33.98% of the total shares of TPL Properties Limited. The percentage change in shareholding due to this transaction is categorized as a very large or significant move.
