Karachi: Sui Southern Gas Company Limited (SSGCL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Mirza Nasiruddin Mashhood Ahmad as an Ex-Officio Director on its Board, effective January 9, 2026. This decision follows his nomination by the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division) and marks the replacement of Mr. Usman Ahmed Chaudhry.
Mr. Ahmad, who currently serves as the Special Secretary in the Petroleum Division, brings his extensive experience in energy sector governance to the Board of SSGCL. This strategic move is anticipated to align with the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership and oversight capabilities within the energy sector.
