Karachi: Supernet Technologies Limited (STL) has announced the appointment of Jamal Nasir Khan as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective March 3, 2026, following the completion of its merger with Supernet Limited (GEMSPNL), a subsidiary of Supernet Technologies Limited. This strategic move comes after the Honourable High Court of Sindh sanctioned the merger under a Scheme of Arrangement. The merger results in Supernet Limited being merged with and into STL, establishing STL as the surviving listed entity.
According to the company statement, all assets, liabilities, rights, and obligations of Supernet Limited have now been vested into STL. The Honourable High Court of Sindh at Karachi granted permission for the proposed arrangement through an order dated February 24, 2026. Post-merger, the consolidated entity will continue to operate under the name Supernet Technologies Limited and will trade on the main board of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) under the trading symbol “STL”. The company’s brand name will remain Supernet Global.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the merger solidifies STL’s position in the market as it integrates the operations of Supernet Limited. With the structural integration now completed, Jamal Nasir Khan, who had been serving as CEO of Supernet Limited since November 2021, is set to lead the merged entity as CEO of STL effective March 3, 2026.
