Karachi: Soneri Bank Limited has announced the suspension of trading for its Term Finance Certificate, identified as SNBLTFC4, to accommodate the upcoming book closure period. This announcement comes as the bank prepares for the fourth profit payment associated with this financial instrument.

The book closure dates have been scheduled from December 13, 2024, to December 26, 2024. Consequently, the trading of SNBLTFC4 will be suspended from December 12, 2024, through December 26, 2024, with trading set to resume on December 27, 2024.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), all stakeholders and concerned parties have been advised to take note of these dates and plan accordingly. The suspension is a routine procedure to facilitate the accurate processing of profit payments to the certificate holders during the book closure period.
