According to the notification, the rental payment is due to all eligible investors on March 18, 2026. This affects the trading activities at PSX, clearing and settlement at the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL), and movement in Sub Accounts/Investor Accounts at the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the relevant GIS.
The security code P03FRR180927, which is a 3-Year Fixed Rental Rate Sukuk maturing on September 18, 2027, will see trading suspension from March 13, 2026, to March 17, 2026, at PSX. Correspondingly, the CDC will implement a shut period from March 16, 2026, to March 17, 2026.
Additional securities listed, including those with 5-year and 10-year maturities, will follow similar protocols; however, specific dates for these were not disclosed.
