Symmetry Group Limited’s Director Executes Multiple Share Transactions

Karachi: Symmetry Group Limited has disclosed a series of share transactions by one of its independent directors, Nadia Ishtiaq, in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange Regulation 5.6.4. These transactions involve both purchases and sales of the company's shares.

According to the notification, on April 24, 2025, Nadia Ishtiaq executed a purchase of 15,000 shares at a rate of 15.01 per share and subsequently sold the same number of shares on the same date at a rate of 14.55 per share. This sequence left her with a cumulative position of one share.

Further transactions by Ishtiaq occurred on April 28, 2025, when she acquired 5,000 additional shares at a rate of 15.54 per share. This was followed by a sale of the same 5,000 shares at a rate of 14.64 per share on April 30, 2025, once again resulting in a cumulative holding of one share.

These disclosures were made public in accordance with the regulations set by the Pakistan Stock Exchange, ensuring transparency and compliance within the market.
