Symmetry Group Subsidiary Secures Key Digital Services Contract with Jazz

Karachi: Symmetry Group Limited has announced the formal execution of a significant service agreement between its subsidiary, Iris Digital (Private) Limited, and Jazz, a major player in the telecommunications sector. This development, dated April 27, 2026, is a continuation of prior disclosures made by the company earlier this year.

Under the new agreement, Iris Digital will offer digital services to Jazz for a three-year term starting from April 1, 2026. The agreement is projected to generate approximately PKR 500 million annually, culminating in a total estimated value of PKR 1.50 billion over the contract’s duration. The company has indicated that the financial contribution is subject to the terms and conditions detailed in the agreement.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this contract marks a significant progression for Symmetry Group’s business ventures, placing Iris Digital as a preferred bidder in three separate assignments. While the second agreement has been finalized, the company has disclosed that the final assignment’s agreement is nearing completion.

The designated market category for this transaction underscores the company’s strategic focus on enhancing shareholder value and maintaining a trajectory of continuous improvement. Symmetry Group has communicated these developments to TREC holders, emphasizing its commitment to shareholder interests and corporate governance compliance.
