Lahore: Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited has announced an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) scheduled for March 10, 2025, at 11:30 AM, to be held at ICMA Pakistan Building, 42 Ferozepur Road, Near Mozang Chungi, Lahore, Pakistan, with a simultaneous option for a video conference. The key agenda for this meeting is to deliberate on the proposal to change the company”s name from “Synthetic Products Enterprises Limited” to “SPEL Limited.”



The proposed name change, which requires both shareholder and regulatory approvals, is aimed at rebranding the company. The special resolutions to be discussed include amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association to reflect the new name throughout.
