Lahore: Systems Limited has announced its 236th Emergent Board Meeting, set to convene in Lahore at its office located in E-1, Sehjpal Near DHA Phase-VIII (Ex-Air Avenue), Lahore Cantt, Pakistan. The meeting is scheduled for June 12, 2026, at 4:30 p.m. and will address non-financial matters. Participants may attend either in person or via video-link, as confirmed by the company.

The company has also instituted a closed trading period from June 11 to June 12, 2026, inclusive. This action is in compliance with Rule 5.6.1(d) of the Rule Book of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. During this period, no Director, Chief Executive Officer, or Executive of Systems Limited shall engage, directly or indirectly, in trading the company's shares.
