Karachi: Systems Limited has announced that the final cash dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, has been successfully credited to shareholders' designated bank accounts. The dividend, amounting to Rs. 6 per share, representing a 60% return, was distributed electronically on May 8, 2025.

According to the company's official communication, the decision to disburse this dividend was approved by the board of directors during a meeting held on March 21, 2025. Systems Limited ensured that all eligible shareholders received their dividends directly via electronic transfer, streamlining the process and ensuring prompt payment.

Shareholders can verify their dividend details using the Centralized Final Cash Dividend Register (CCDR), an initiative developed by the Central Depository Company (CDC) for record-keeping purposes. This system allows investors to access and confirm their dividend payments seamlessly.

However, Systems Limited noted that dividends have been withheld for those shareholders who have not furnished valid CNIC information or complete bank account details, including the International Bank Account Number (IBAN). Such shareholders are advised to contact the company's share registrar in Karachi to resolve these issues.
