Lahore: Systems Limited has confirmed the successful receipt of Rs. 35,052,530 as consideration money for the allotment of 130,000 shares, each valued at Rs. 10, as reported by the auditors’ certificate. The announcement marks a significant step in the company’s share issuance process.
The company’s pre-issuance share count stood at 292,986,150, with a total value of Rs. 2.93 billion. Following the latest issuance, the post-issuance figures are reported to be 293,116,150 shares, amounting to a total value of Rs. 2.93 billion.
The shares have been distributed among various allottees, including notable recipients such as Kashif Mehdi Habib with 10,000 shares worth Rs. 100,000, Muhammad Sadqain Khan with 6,000 shares valued at Rs. 60,000, and Muhammad Mushtaq Patni, who also received 10,000 shares for Rs. 100,000.
The issuance aims to strengthen the company’s financial standing in the designated market category. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the shares were issued at a par value of Rs. 10 each, aligning with the company’s regulations.
Additional recipients of shares include Shahid Masood, who received the highest allotment of 11,000 shares valued at Rs. 110,000, and Hamad ur Rehman, who was allotted 10,000 shares for Rs. 100,000.
With the completion of this transaction, Systems Limited continues to expand its shareholder base, reflecting its ongoing commitment to maintaining robust financial health and transparency.
