Tasdeeq Information Services Limited’s IPO Oversubscribed by Over 21 Times

Karachi: Tasdeeq Information Services Limited (TISL) has announced the results of its initial public offering (IPO), reporting an oversubscription of 21.53 times against the issue size, following a book-building process conducted on August 5 and 6, 2026. The company set a strike price of PKR 3.0 per share.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the IPO attracted total participation amounting to approximately PKR 4,603 million, substantially exceeding the initial floor price issue size of around PKR 214 million. This significant interest underlines the robust demand for Tasdeeq's shares in the market.

A total of 317 investors participated in the book-building process, with 293 deemed successful. Notably, institutional investors accounted for 29,782,282 shares, while individual investors were allocated 82,717,718 shares. Among the institutional categories, mutual funds secured 11,997,564 shares, insurance companies received 901,922 shares, and securities brokers were allocated 10,226,882 shares.

Foreign institutional investors also participated, obtaining 1,803,842 shares. Other institutional investors, categorized under "Any other Institutional Investors," were provisionally allocated 4,852,072 shares. On the individual front, local investors dominated, with a total allocation of 82,717,718 shares.
