Karachi: Tata Textile Mills Limited has announced the rescheduling of its Board of Directors meeting originally set for April 30, 2026. The meeting, which was to take place at the company’s registered office on the 6th Floor of Textile Plaza, M.A. Jinnah Road, Karachi, at 10:30 AM, will now occur on the same day at 2:30 PM. The primary agenda for the meeting is to review the financial statements for the nine months ending March 31, 2026.

In alignment with regulatory requirements, the company has declared a “Closed Period” from April 22, 2026, to April 30, 2026. During this time, no Director, CEO, or Executive of Tata Textile Mills Limited will be permitted to engage in any share transactions of the company. This compliance is in accordance with Clause 5.6.4 of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations.
