Lahore: The Bank of Punjab has announced the closure of its transfer books for the profit payment of its Term Finance Certificates (TFCs) under the BOP ADT-1 Capital TFC-2022 (Perpetual) "BOPTFC2." The profit payment is scheduled for June 20, 2025. According to the official notice, the transfer books will remain closed from June 14, 2025, to June 20, 2025, inclusive of both dates.

TFC holders listed in the Register of TFC holders as of the close of business on June 13, 2025, will be eligible for the profit payment. The Bank of Punjab has specified that the profit will be distributed only through direct credit to the International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs) of the TFC holders, as mandated by Sub-Cause (i) of Clauses 5C.8 of the PSX Regulations issued by Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), TFC holders are encouraged to ensure their bank account details, including their IBANs, are up-to-date in their Central Depository System (CDS) accounts. Additionally, any changes in addresses or tax information, including filer or non-filer status, should be promptly communicated to the Bank's Registrar.

TFC holders are advised to direct any updates or changes to M/s. CORPLINK (Pvt.) Limited, the Share Registrar located in Lahore.
