The Bank of Punjab Schedules Board Meeting to Review Annual Financial Statements

Lahore: The Bank of Punjab has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Monday, February 17, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. in Lahore. The meeting's primary agenda is to review and consider the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ending December 31, 2024. This meeting is set to address additional agenda items as well.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the outcome of this meeting will be communicated through the PUCARS system to the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. This ensures that all stakeholders, including the TRE Certificate-holders of the Exchange, are kept informed of the bank's financial performance and strategic decisions.

In compliance with PSX Rule Book, Rule 5.6.4, a "Closed Period" will be in effect from February 10, 2025, to February 17, 2025, inclusive. During this period, no Director, Chairman, CEO (President), or Executive of the Bank of Punjab will be allowed to engage in any form of dealings with the bank's shares. This measure is intended to prevent any conflicts of interest or insider trading activities.
