Karachi, (PPI Bot): The Hub Power Company Limited has issued two separate four-year Sukuks to bolster its financial structure. The first Sukuk, symbolized as HUBCSC2, has a market lot of 1 and a face value of PKR 100,000, offering a profit rate of 3M KIBOR + 1.8%. It has a total issue size of PKR 7 billion, with an outstanding principal of PKR 3.5 billion. The next coupon is due on 22-Aug-2023. Concurrently, the company has issued another Sukuk, HUBCSC4, also with a market lot of 1 and a face value of PKR 100,000, but with a profit rate of 1 Yr KIBOR + 1.9%. This Sukuk has a total issue size of PKR 5 billion and an outstanding principal of PKR 3.75 billion, with the next coupon payment scheduled for 19-Mar-2024.
