Karachi: The Organic Meat Company Limited has announced the successful crediting of its Right Shares into the Central Depository System (CDS) of shareholders as of March 28, 2025. This development marks a significant step in the company’s equity distribution process and involves the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC).
The share certificates for shareholders who opted for physical form subscriptions are currently being processed. These certificates will be available for collection upon the due date from M/s. CorpTec Associates (Private) Limited, the company’s designated Share Registrar. Shareholders who prefer receiving their certificates by post can request this service in writing, accompanied by the paid Letter of Rights, addressed to M/s. CorpTec Associates at their office in Johar Town, Lahore. Upon receipt, the certificates will be dispatched via registered post or courier.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), certain shareholders mistakenly made double payments for their Right Share entitlements. These shareholders are advised to contact the company with relevant documentation to secure a refund. The excess subscriptions amount to Rs. 279,099, covering 10,337 ordinary shares priced at Rs. 10 each. K-Trade, serving as the underwriter, has fulfilled the subscription of these shares, with payment already made to the company.
